Your deposit secures your spot on the retreat and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the policies. Once your deposit is received, you'll receive:
Participant Form: This outlines your health information, dietary preferences, and emergency contacts.
Pre-Retreat Welcome Pack: Including essential details such as retreat logistics, packing guidelines, travel information, cultural notes, and a route overview.
Additionally, you'll have the option to schedule a Pre-Retreat Call to address any questions or personal considerations you may have before the journey begins.
Final payment is due by the specified deadline.
